Hours after the arrest of Alaa Abdel Fatah from his house and the confiscation of his laptops and mobile phones , we found these strange two messages on his sister Mona Seif’s twitter account "@Monasosh".

The hackers claimed to be an Anonymous group and they had a Facebook page that does not exist anymore : Back Anonymous
Mona’s twitter account is suspended now.
Mona’s Facebook account was also hacked and is currently suspended.
Again it is interesting that all the laptops at Alaa’s house were confiscated. One can imagine that Mona once signed in from one of these laptops.Most people including me believe that
Mona is the founder of the No for Military trials Campaign in case you do not know. 
First time to know that Anonymous is working with the government against those bad activist traitors !!
The No for Military trials Facebook Page was also hacked as well from several hours ago but the campaign’s activists gained control once again on it.
Speaking about he is being investigated at Cairo Security directorate. He is facing charges of inciting unauthorized protest , assaulting a police officer during the protest and stealing a walkie-talkie !! Oh yes !! Alaa is allowed to have three lawyers including his father. His family is currently with him. He is also being detained in a CSF camp.
And I have to ask myself because I can not recall that I saw Alaa Abdel Fatah in the first place in the videos or the photos or even read that he was there , was Alaa in the protest in the first !?
BY the way I can not get access to Blogger.com either since morning some users in Egypt are reporting the same thing , some do not. I tried to get access to the dashboard from three different browsers after cleaning the cache as well from the iPad and still no use. My ISP is TEData and currently  I am back to use Hot Shield once again !!

For the Sake of #Jan25 Principles

Today 14 girls have been sentenced to 11 years in jail in because of balloons and a hand sign in one of the most disgraceful court rules ever in the Egyptian judicial system if I may say. The true humans in this country were shocked and angry for this verdict murderers and corrupted do not get regardless of the political affiliation of those girls!!
Now among those are angry a hacker called Pharaoh that hacked the Judges Club’s official website, the Judges club is Egypt’s Judges Syndicate.

I have never imagine that I would defend one day a MB or a Pro-Morsi person but today I will defend the 14 girls sentenced 11 years in jail because of Rabaa sign. As much as I hate the Muslim Brotherhood , this is injustice. The Principles of the 25 January revolution are bread , freedom and social justice and today the freedom of 14 girls has be suppressed. The Muslim Brotherhood did sell us and the revolution but I will never give up the January 25 revolution.

 This message is so true , it is about justice and human rights. You know I remember from a year ago the MB mocked the revolutionaries for standing for the rights of Mr. Hammada, the Pro-Mubarak Pro-Omar Suleiman supporter who was stripped naked and was beaten by security forces during the protests against ousted Morsi at the Presidential Palace. This is is the same ting , the point that our fascists from both sides do not get. The fight is about basic justice and human rights. Anyhow I doubt that both fascists whether Pro-Military or Pro-Islamists will understand this because in the end they are fascist.  
The Non Humans who are happy with that verdict because those girls are Muslim Brotherhood make me feel sorry because I know that karma is bitter. One thing for sure I have learned in one year since November 2012 that karma is truly bitter  and the Muslim Brotherhood knows that very well but they do not want to admit it in this stage. In Islamic way I will say that Justice is from the names of God and Justice will prevail sooner or later.

#NU : Talk to me about the State of law

Next week study will start in all Egyptian universities except one university : Nile University.
Yes Nile University whose students fought for two years to restore their university and yet they could not to get back whether during SCAF’s rule or during Morsi administration.
Nile University already got two court rulings last April 2013 from the High administrative court to reallocate the land and buildings allocated to Zowail City of science and technology to NU and to consider NU as National university.
Needless to say this court rule to reallocate the land and the building to NU was totally ignored and instead ousted President Morsi issued a decree with a law to found the Zowail city. Again the State continued to defy the court ruling like in the days of Mubarak.
Now Morsi and his administration are gone , things have not changed so much. NU has not restored its land or its buildings.
Minister of higher education Hossam Eissa promised to solve the problem of Nile University and said that he respected the court ruling giving back the buildings and land to the NU. He presented suggestions but Zowail and his university totally refused.
Anyhow earlier this week we found out that the CSF and army are protecting and guarding the Zowail city of science in first day of school standing against the NU students and their families who came to protest how court ruling are being defied.

Already I do not understand why Dr. Zowail is insisting on his position. Ironically his spokesperson offered couple of millions of pounds to NU as a compensation. Well instead of giving the NU those millions, they could invest those millions on new buildings and Egypt will have two universities like NU and ZCS instead of one.
Of course Zowail got his own lobbyists now in the current government starting with none other than Ahmed El Muslimani , the interim president’s media advisor. After all El Muslimani believes that Israel was trying to foil Zowail’s project through NU !!
The story of NU describes how state of  law is actually an optional thing for the regime to use it whenever it likes for its reasons.

The post was referring to the internet investigation department in the ministry of interior not internet intelligence or the intelligence. It is just bad translation.

Vice PM Ziad Bahaa El Din proposed an initiative in an attempt to end the current political crisis in Egypt including an end to discrimination in Egypt and to open dialogue as long as all political powers reject violence , now he is attacked day and night in media.
Nasserites now are asking El Sisi , whom they regarded as the incarnation of Nasser to kick out all those ministers following ElBaradei aka Ziad Bahaa El Din. 
Oh yes this is in 2013 after two years of January 25 revolution that aimed for democracy and end to police state as well dictatorship. This is in August 2013 after a month of June 30 uprising that last time I checked its goal was to end the brotherhood's dictatorship. It seems that we are replacing the brotherhood’s dictatorship with another sort of dictatorship .. unfortunately with people’s approval so far.

Stop Watching US #PRISM

I would like to encourage you to sign this petition in order to tell the Congress that US National Security Agency “NSA” to stop their PRISM surveillance program. Guardian is making it easier here for those who do not want to read long reports.
Unfortunately we are not paying attention in Egypt to the international debate after Edward Snowden’s shocking leaks 
Amazingly it turned out that Egypt is the fourth country when it comes to Boundless informant’s global mining operation according to Snowden leaks that were published in Guardian.No one has asked the US embassy about this matter.
Our media is not interested to raise the matter and to discuss it as it should.
Of course I can not imagine how the NSA analysts look like after following and reading our Egyptian-Egyptian communications in the social media. Seriously I hope they join our 24/7 endless talkative nature !!
Back in Egypt during Mubarak’s rule the government used to spend millions on software from UK and other countries as well from companies like NARUS to spy on Egyptians’ social media communications. Amazingly up till now there is no official investigation regarding this matter. 
We do not know if the General Intelligence and Homeland Security are still using this to spy on political activists as in the past or not. We do not know if our communications and social media accounts are still monitored and for what.
Already the Muslim brotherhood just like the Mubarak regime believe that opponents should be monitored. According to sources already the MB got its own internal apparatus to spy on its opponents as well on army commanders and intelligence. They do not trust nobody. Several MB leading members say from time to time that they record calls and they intercept calls.
Yosri Fouda and his investigative team tried to tackle this matter but no one was or is still interested tackling this matter.

Cairo University’s report on Ethiopia's Great Renaissance Dam

The Cairo University professors and experts in the faculties of engineering and agriculture have formed a group called “Group of Nile Basin” {GNB} and this group prepared extremely important report about the Ethiopia’s great Renaissance Dam.
The report was published in Arabic on Facebook by Dr. Nader Noor El Din , a member of the GNB and it was republished once again by famous Kolena Khaled Said Page.
Thanks to Mr. Ashraf El Shehat  , this report has been translated to English. Without his help I do not know what I could have done.  This report represents the Egyptian objections based on science not based on politics or any other thing.

Group of Nile Basin (GNB) at Cairo University to Support Egypt

Introduction

A series of external challenges have suddenly appeared on the surface forming major threats to securing the water supply to Egypt.  The sources of these threats are the new plans by the Ethiopian Government to construct four dams on the Blue Nile (Figure 1). 

However, the major threat was the sudden unilateral announcement of the Ethiopian Government to divert the course of the Blue Nile marking the actual start of construction of the Great Ethiopia Renaissance Dam (GERD) without consultation with the downstream countries; Egypt and Sudan.  This act in the eyes of the majority of Egyptians amounts to a flagrant assault on all the basic fundamental laws and the international norms.

Considering the major threat to the people of Egypt, a group of professors from the Department of Irrigation and Hydraulics, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University formed a group titled “The Group of the Nile Basin” (GNB).  The purpose of the group is to support the effort of Government and the decision makers facing these serious escalating water threats.  The scope of GNB shall include analytical studies of the Ethiopian Dams, prepare and implement numerical water models to study the side effects of these dams and collecting all recent scientific studies in this field.

The GNB Activities

The members of the GNB include – among others - four Professors who were involved and still directly involved in the review studies of the Ethiopian Dams and assessing their effects in cooperation with the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation (MERI) since the year 2010.  The GNB shall be also working closely with both the National and International Committees involved in studying the consequences of the construction of GERD.
On 16th April 2013, the GNB has conducted two workshops at Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University about the technical, political and legal consequences of constructing the GERD.  The attendees included numerous University Professors and Experts in different fields of specializations.  Representatives of MERI, some Political Parties, management of Engineering Syndicate in addition to numerous media channels.  The purpose of the workshops was to spread the awareness among the people and the Government bodies about the challenges and threats facing the country.
The last few days have witnessed a series of escalating and accelerating steps adding to the tensions including the unilateral decision of Ethiopia to divert the Blue Nile, and the subsequent objections of some of the Egyptian Politicians during an aired meeting with the President.  On 13th of June 2013, the Ethiopian Parliament ratified the Nile River Cooperative Framework Agreement opposed by Egypt which ends the veto granted to both Egypt and Sudan on all projects constructed by the upstream countries of the Nile Basin.

Major Comments from the Trio Committee

An international committee – called the Trio Committee – was formed based on the proposal of the Ex. Ethiopian Prime Minister M. Zenawei about two years ago to reduce the tension.  The committee concluded its work that took around a year and half and issued its report on the review of the studies presented by the Ethiopian Government.  The trio committee consisted of 10 members; 2 from each of Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia, and four international experts approved by the three countries.  The committee has recently concluded its review and issued its report with the following conclusions:

1. There are no sufficient structural studies.


2. There is a lack in the hydrological investigations.


3. There are no environmental impact assessments on the two downstream countries; Egypt and Sudan.

In addition, the Ethiopian Government failed to submit advanced studies reflecting the details and reliability analysis to meet the minimum requirements of the international standards for similar size of dams.  Such lack in information and the weakness of the studies formed an obstacle in enabling the Trio Committee to assess the structural safety of the dam and the negative impacts on both Egypt and Sudan.
 

Areas of Concern to be considered by the Egyptian Government

The GNB draws the attention of the members of the Egyptian Government to the consequences of the Ethiopian Dams which constitute a series of tough social, economical and political nature that are hard to be controlled or to tolerate.  Some of these consequences are:

1. The plan for the 4 dams on the Blue Nile aims at total control of the water in the Blue Nile which is the main supplier to the Nile.  As such, this plan shall subsequently include total control of the share of Egypt’s share of the water in the Nile and the possible redundancy or at least dwarfing the role of the High Dam in securing the future supply of water to Egypt.


2. The current design capacity of GERD of 74 Billion cubic meter will have harsh negative impact on the share of the water reaching to Egypt and also on the production of electricity from the High Dam and the Aswan Dam during the filling period of the lake of GERD and during its operation.  This negative impact shall escalate during the drought period wherein the water supplies to both Egypt and Sudan shall conflict with the water needed to produce the electricity from the GERD.
   


3. Reduction in the water share of Egypt will result in abandoning huge areas of agricultural lands and scattering millions of families.  It would also result in increasing the pollution of the water streams and creating problems in the supply of water for drinking and industry.  There will also be problems in river transportation, Nile tourism and threats to the fish farms.
   


4. Collapse of GERD will result in catastrophic effects in both Sudan and Egypt.  This includes failures of dams, drowning of major towns and villages and exposing millions to the dangers of death and relocation.

Target of Negotiation: Mitigate the Damage

Basically, it should be understood that negotiation with Ethiopia has been drastically delayed.  The ideal target for the negotiation from Egypt’s point of view would be to prevent constructing the dam.  However, this is no longer a valid option considering the current circumstances.  Ethiopia has managed to place the dam as a fact and no longer a theory.  As such, the purpose of the negotiation at this stage would be aiming at mitigating the damages.  
Considering the above, the following are the suggestions:

1. Request stopping the construction at once until completing the negotiation and assess the effects through scientific means and agree on them.  We need to highlight here that there are other alternatives that can be studied to fulfill similar advantages to Ethiopia without causing major damages to the downstream countries.
   


2. The minimum requirement for the Egyptian Government should be the maximum size of the Dam not to exceed 14 billion cubic meter as per the proposal prior to the January 2011 Revolution.  This capacity would enable producing 60% of the proposed electricity from GERD and with efficiency exceeding double the efficiency of the huge GERD and with much less cost and much less negative impacts that can be lived with.  In addition, the proposed design of 14 cubic meters would fulfill most of the advantages of Sudan from GERD and as such, unifies the points of views of both Egypt and Sudan.
   


3. Ethiopia to commit officially not to use the water behind the GERD for the agricultural purposes as previously announced.
   


4. Ethiopia to commit for the advance notice for any future projects including their executing procedure in light of the Framework Agreement of the United Nations of 1977 for the common rivers.
   


5. The design of the GERD to be reviewed thoroughly by Egyptian Experts after amending the technical dimensions to ensure its structural safety.

The GNB further urges all non-specialized personnel to avoid getting into issuing irresponsible statements that justify the illusionary benefits of the GERD, issuing statements with no real value, or statements that may underestimate the serious side effects using unfounded methods.  All the positive and negative impacts are actually a result of intensive, thorough and specialized engineering investigations.  Some of these investigations have been carried out be the members of GNB and some are still being conducted.  The results at this stage agree broadly with the international studies and to some extent with the Ethiopian studies presented to the International Trio Committee, even though the latter are incomplete.
Main Focus: Downsizing
We would like to warn the Government not to limit the scope of negotiation to secondary issues and ignore the major problem; the size of the dam.  The people in Egypt should be aware that focusing the negotiation on the number of years to fill the lake of the dam or the operation policy of the dam including participating with the operation of the dam are of no prime importance.  The major threat is the result of the magnified size of the dam.  Without reducing the dimensions of the dam itself, the major negative impacts as indicated above are unavoidable.
It is not a secret that throughout the history, Egypt has never been an obstacle preventing the development in the African Nations in general and the countries of the Nile Basin in particular.  Egypt has always been supporting the projects of common benefits to the people of the Nile Basin including building Owen Dam for the benefit of both Uganda and Kenya, has shown no objection for building Tecjizy Dam and Tana Plus Tunnel in Ethiopia, and also has not objected the building of Marwe Dam or increasing the height of Roserus Dam in Sudan.  All of these projects and others help to improve the revenue of the brothers and sisters of the African Nations.  Egypt has always maintained and is willing to keep the Nile as a uniting force for the people of the nations and not a source of disperse or dispute.  Egypt is willing to maintain the Nile basin to remain an oasis for peace  and not a battlefield.

#Nile University and its legal victory : Lessons for Those Who Understand

In a legal triumph for Nile University “NU” and its students  last April 24th the high administrative court ordered the return of the land and the building allocated by the government to Zewail city for science and technology “ZCST” to Nile University. I am so so so happy for this legal triumph because it reminds us that people give up their rights. The NU students, the researchers and professors gave us an example of not losing hope and fighting back the system and the regime peacefully till the end. It is a lesson for those who understand.
Since March 2011 and the return of Ahmed Zewail and the regime whether SCAF and then Mohamed Morsi administration were in the side of the famous Nobel awarded scientist with no respect to NU or its legal rights.Yet they did not lose hope and they did not give up their fight and it is enough what happened with them in the time of the elected president last September 2012.
I am waiting to know the reaction of Dr. Zewail and whether he will respect the court rule or not and whether he will leave Egypt forever as he hinted once if the land and buildings are taken from the city for science and technology or not. There is nothing yet on his twitter account.
Yet on the official FB of the ZCST we find the city’s administration stating in an official statement that despite ZCST respects the court’s rulings yet the study in the city will start on time next September 2013 !! The ZCST is depending on the law NO.161 for year 2012 issued by President Morsi to found the Zewail city for science and technology.
The ZCST is saying that the state is going to waste LE 300 Million in emptying the buildings of the city !! Well last time I check ,Zewail and his city took over the buildings of the NU Campus in October city with what is in it.
From their side the NU students union after the court ruling issued a statement asking the state authorities to implement that the ruling officially. Till this moment the government did not hand over the buildings and the land to the Nile University.
Anyhow Egypt is too big to have two , three and four Nile Universities and Zewail city for technology and science. I wish that both the State and Dr. Zewail himself think of transferring the Zewail city for science and technology to a place outside the Grand Cairo area. I wish Dr. Zewail thinks like Sir Magdi Yacoub and Dr. Mohamed Ghonim. Sir Magdi Yacoub got his heart diseases center in Aswan while Dr. Ghonim got his kidneys diseases center in Mansoura.

Does the Anti-Narcotics administration know about this website !?

I do not know if I blogged about this website or not but there is a website that suddenly appeared out of no where on internet sharing the prices of Hashish all over Egypt. The website is called “El 7Ashesh Bkam” { How much is the hashish price now ?}
Yes all over Egypt you can the prices and dealers of hashish in Egypt. Amazingly the website got a twitter account and Facebook Page.
Hashish is illegal in Egypt and we got here the names of the dealers in different areas so I wonder what is the position of the famous Anti-Narcotics general administration in the ministry of interior from this website ???!!!? Ok if you check the comments , you find the admins of the website correcting me and saying that the names mentioned that in the website are actually the users of hashish who send to the admins the prices of Hashish in their areas. They say that their website is based on the game concept !!
I know that the department is active , at least this is what I get when I read from two days ago that the oldest anti-narcotics police department in Africa published its annual report for year 2012. It announced that in 2012 it busted 12 tons of Hashish ,77 tons of Marijuana and 435 millions narcotics pills especially the Tramadol.

Ask on #Twitter and President #Morsi Will Answer !!

Last Wednesday Egyptian Presidency announced that Egyptians can send their questions on “Ask_president_Morsi” hashtag on twitter so President Morsi can answer those questions after an hour from launching the hashtag.
Of course most of the tweets came offensives and comic too. Still the presidency team was careful in what they chose from questions.  I will not comment , I will leave to you the comment on the president’s answers. Meet our Egyptian Tablet With not So Egyptian Name “INAR”

The minister of telecommunication announced today in Cairo the production of the first so-called Egyptian tablet.
The tablet’s name  is “ENAR” and I think that this is not so Egyptian.
 Its operating system is Android 4. It will be distributed on students in secondary stage and university.

The Shocking Video of the day : What I knew

Do you know when you see a video in the beginning of the day that turns you off for the rest of the day !? This is what happened to me today when I started my day watching a clip showing girls stripped from cloth and on the verge of rape in daytime while men are shouting "Allah Akbar" and "Christians, Christians"
It is terrifying video , shocking one on too many levels. For a girl regardless her religion to face those creatures in daytime while the whole world is watching.For Egyptian I am so disgusted and angry from our men while they would watch such act in front of their eyes.
 For a Muslim to see those bastards that should be hanged according to Islamic laws doing this while screaming "Allah Akbar". I am furious
Anyhow as part of my job and part of myself I began to dig for the truth behind the video and thank God I have a friend from Qena with lots of contact in Nag Hammadi. The first description mentioned below the video claimed that it was filmed in Nag Hammadi. He contacted Bishop Kirollos , the head of Nag Hammadi Bishopric and he denied completely that a similar case took place in Nag Hammadi or its surrounding villages. Bishop Kirollos is known for being outspoken and he was not silent on incidents against Christians.
Some believed that it was an old video from 2009 during sectarian fights in another city , the city of Farshout.
It is worth to mention that the first person to upload that video today was James Knowing ,now the video is removed and his channel does not exist anymore. There is very empty Google + profile for Knowing.

Now there are four logic explanation for this tweet :

• The PM himself plays Smurfs village and decided to promote it on twitter to earn points. 
• One of Qandil's kids is playing the Smurfs village and decided to promote it on twitter to earn points. 
• The admin of his twitter account plays Smurfs village on his ipad 
• The admin's kids are playing Smurfs village on his ipad !!

Anyhow today the Smurfs village is the most talked game app now in Egypt online and Egyptians are comparing the situation now in Egypt to Smurfs universe !!

Now I can imagine our PM singing the Smurfs theme while wearing cotton and sitting with his family in one room enjoying the air condition in his home !!

Who wants to Cut the cables !??

Today is another slow day for internet in Egypt. Telecom Egypt announced that once again the Alexandria internet sea cable "SEA-ME-WE-Wa" in the Mediternean was damaged and it will be fixed with no hours. This is the second time it happens in less than one week. The first time was last Friday if you remember.
Now we got Col. Ahmed Ali announcing on his official FB page that the Egyptian Navy forces arrested 3 divers while they were cutting the internet sea cable near El Shataby beach !!!
Col. Ali did not say who those divers suspected "The correct term" of damaging the cable were and why they were doing this.
It is worth to mention that this announcement comes after some telecommunication officials announced that they believed there was something criminal behind the damage in the internet cable. I think they got a hint
Of course you see this post after long time in browsing and attempting to collect links and so on..
Hopefully we will know soon who those three are and know their true story.

#BlackBloc Mania : @BBBEgypt Who are you !??

And the Black Bloc still captures the attention of the public and the media despite we can not confirm if they do exist at all
Now there is a twitter account claiming to be the official Black Bloc Egypt. This account is called “@bbbEgypt”
This is not the only twitter account claiming to the official Black Bloc twitter account in Egypt but it is the most spread. At the same time the Black Bloc Facebook Pages claim that they do not have any Twitter accounts and the Twitter accounts claim that they do not have any Facebook Page.
Now there is something fishy about this “Black Bloc Egypt” account considering its content and updates. Aside from its violence direct incitement and lessons on how to make Molotov cocktails, I do not understand what kind of underground vigilante group is this that tells the whole world that it will attack the Presidential Palace during the protests jeopardizing the life of the protesters and their lives !!
Strangely I do not remember following this particular account , it appeared suddenly on my timeline which means that I used to follow it before but under different name. Now dear friends on twitter confirmed this information too and some believe that this used to be the account of “@rrCoalition”.
That “rrCoalition” account claimed to be the official account of the Revolution Youth Coalition posting false rumors and information in the past like for instance claiming that the Ultras groups have stormed Maspero and demanding the protesters to go to the streets in order to support them. That  account does not exist anymore as it has become “@bbbEgypt”. The first time “@rrCoalition” mentioned the term “Black Masked  brigades” was on January 25th ,2013 before it would become “@bbbEgypt”

 Now as I curious person ,  I used some twitter analytic services to check the history of “@BBBEgypt” and “rrCoalition”. Interestingly the account was made on February 9,2011.

Another Bad Day for Media in #Egypt : #YouTube , Offensive cartoon and TV hosts to investigation

Who could ever think for one second that media in Egypt will suffer like this after the revolution !? Well I admit I did not think even for one moment.
First we got the administrative court ruling to ban YouTube in Egypt for a whole month .

It is worth to mention that Google had already blocked the clip in both Egypt and Libya following the violent clashes that took place right after the release of that 13 minutes clip.  The administrative court judge's reasoning is that this one month ban decision was taken after the refusal of YouTube to remove the film totally from its servers.
The administrative court  judge does not understand that by banning the website in Egypt , the circulation of that offensive silly video will not stop worldwide for God sake !! Why does the judge ignore the fact that there are millions of videos defending Prophet Mohamed "PBUH" and Islam against those insults on the YouTube !? 
I am already wondering about why the administrative court chose this particular time since last September 2013
Again the film was promoted equally in Egypt by none other than the Islamist Channel Al Nas and yet it has not been closed yet.
It is extremely dangerous court ruling because it opens for wider online censorship.

Al Masry Al Youm has officially apologized  for the daring cover of Assyasy Magazine "The Politician magazine" latest issue.

The cover shows those who signed Al Azhar document to denounce violence completely naked and in their hands wine glasses and in the back Mohamed Morsi tells a strong and enormous CSF officer to act as he wants as there is no more political cover for the protesters

 Many activists criticized the political activists and parties participated in the document accusing them of dumping the protesters alone facing the police violence.
This is the first time the Sheikh of Al Azhar and the Church representative are  being shown naked like that.
According to Ahmed Nady , the cartoonist he got a tip that Al Masry Al Youm administration has decided to pull the issue from the market after it got an objection from the Church on how a church man would appear like that in a cartoon on cover of a magazine.

Already this was the last printed issue of the magazine issued by Al Masry Al Youm.I do not know if Al Masry Al Youm is going to print another issue.
I believe this is one of the best magazine covers in Egypt from many many years ago. It broke many taboos yet unfortunately it seems that administration of Al Masry Al Youm does not want to break any taboos anymore.
Now moving to investigations and interrogations with journalists and TV hosts. TV hosts Dina Abdel Fatah and Wael Al Abrashi will be interrogate at the public prosecution office as they are accused of promoting Black Bloc culture in Egypt !! Wael Al Abrashi claimed that he spoke to Black Bloc members on Dream TV2 while Dina Abdel Fatah hosted alleged Black Bloc Members in her show on Tahrir TV. Of course the alleged and self proclaimed Black Bloc Facebook pages and twitter accounts denied that these were members in the Black Block.
To be honest I know that both of them did not host for real Black Bloc members but to be accused of promoting Black Bloc in Egypt !! For God sake what kind of charge this is !?
It is not the first time actually TV hosts and prominent figures are being dragged to investigations because of what they say on air.
From couple of weeks we found out that Alaa Abdel Fatah was summoned to the Supreme court to be interrogated for a case he knew nothing about !! At the Supreme court he found out that he is being accused of insulting judiciary !! Alaa refused the interrogation and instead he accused SCAF and Morsi of insulting the judiciary with their actions and decrees.
It is an irony considering the fact that Alaa Abdel Fatah was detained for 45 days in 2006 for protesting in solidarity with the reformists judges like Mekki brothers , El Khodiary and El Gheriany in the famous battle of judiciary independence.I can not keep noticing that Abdel Fatah is being summoned after his live TV confrontation with minister of justice Ahmed Mekki last Saturday during the Ultras trial on CBC channel's morning show.

Mekki was provoking and shocked the viewers with his what he had said then. Sometimes I believe that age is playing factor here.Now Alaa is not the only one to summoned to be investigated for the insult of judiciary. Former MP Mostafa Al Naggar was summoned to appear in front of the magistrate for the same charge : Insulting judiciary !!!
I do not know how Al Naggar can be accused of insulting judiciary considering how polite he is , in fact I do not remember that he criticized judiciary or any judge rudely. I remember that he once criticized former Public prosecutor Abdel Magid Mahmoud when he was a MP in the parliament only !!

I do not think that the current judges are angry for Mahmoud after more than 6 months !!
Now it turns out that Abdel Fatah and Al Naggar are not the only figures in Egypt accused of insulting judiciary and are being interrogated by a magistrate appointed by  the ministry of justice , there is a long list of TV hosts and journalists like Mahmoud Saad , Lamis El Hadidy and Mona Shazly as well their producers. These TV hosts are accused of letting their guests insult the judges and judiciary in Egypt !!
Now a tip I got from a dear friend that the judges who reported that long list to the ministry of justice are the Muslim brotherhood's Judges for Egypt group !!!
You have to know that the number of "Insulting the president" lawsuits in time of Morsi's rule "6 months"  exceeded all the lawsuits filed isnce 1892 when that stupid charged entered our legal system !!
I have got nothing to say more.
This is not the Egypt we want.
